Inspired by the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), TEMMA has solar panels installed at the Nara Factory to reduce environmental impact. About 15 percent of the electricity used at the factory is generated by the solar panels. For our children’s prosperous future, we continue to tackle global warming by proactively harnessing renewable energy.
For a sustainable society
TEMMA supports and engages in meeting the SDGs, which are sustainable goals for development to address various global issues, including environmental protection. As part of our efforts, we have obtained the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification. As a manufacturer of paper food containers and packages, we will provide FSC-certified products managed appropriately to help protect forest resources.
